What does this role look like?

The Acquisitions Agent will help acquire off market and on market value add real estate opportunities for our clients. The AA will actively market to homeowners, licensed agents, investors and other industry professionals to convert leads into prospects and prospects into purchase contracts. The AA will work directly under the Acquisitions Manager to analyze, underwrite, and secure the deal through one of our various acquisitions strategies. AA will get an in depth training on how to successfully target and convert leads through proven systems and sales tactics.

Pay Structure:

• 100% commission, uncapped.
• $25k-$50k/yr Base Salary AFTER base sales metrics are reached.

$100k+ in year one is very achievable

Job duties:

• Convert inbound + outbound leads into value add purchase contracts via phone, text, email, or etc.
• Convert prospects within our target audience into high quality actively producing clients for our company
• Professionally advise clients on the best course of action to help achieve their own goals through our company’s various services offered.
• Consistently promote and grow the brand among our existing client base and new clientele.

Job Requirements:

• 3 years sales experience minimum (Req)
• 3 years in finance or asset management (Pref)
• Reliable and Professional Transportation
• Valid Drivers License
• Extraordinary people skills
• Exceptional communication skills
• High School Diploma
• Laptop + Smartphone
• Weekends + on call

Pay: $35,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
