Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire sales process from discovery call to close, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Receive leads generated by Business Development and qualify prospective customers by gathering necessary documentation, such as phone bills and contracts.
- Conduct thorough discovery calls to understand customer requirements, including the number of users, desired hardware, and current contract status.
- Prepare customized quotes for VoiceLogix services, addressing specific customer needs and highlighting the unique value proposition.
- Obtain acceptance of quotes for service and initiate the onboarding process for new customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth implementation and handoff for new accounts.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales role, specifically selling business telecommunications or VoIP services.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage and build relationships with customers.
- Inquisitive nature with the ability to ask the right questions to understand customer needs.
- Methodical and consistent approach to managing the sales process.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, particularly experience with HubSpot is preferred.
