The Floor Project of Topeka is looking for an upbeat, positive person to fill a sales position.

If you have a proven track record in commissioned sales or a relevant background and can easily establish rapport and credibility with a wide range of customers, The Floor Project of Topeka is sourcing a candidate like you!
General computer literacy is a must. Commissioned sales or flooring knowledge and experience is a huge plus.
Your day to day in The Floor Project operations will look a bit like this:
- Contacting prospects to set up showroom visits
- Conducting showroom tours for customer prospects and walk-in visitors
- Asking questions and listening to customer needs to match them with great products
- Maintaining a level of professional knowledge about flooring products in order to better sell to and service members and their clients
- Project Management - taking flooring orders, confirming material arrival and delivery with members
- Assisting with showroom promotions and events
- Re-establishing communication with former customers who have not recently purchased from The Floor Project
- Following up with customers regarding orders, estimates, and quotes
