Regional Account Manager

Healthcare Staffing & Technology Company, Newark, NJ

*Compensation potential is: Base + Bonus with first year earning potential of $100K. Top Regional Account Managers achieving $150K+ by their second year.

A Regional Account Manager is responsible to work under the supervision of the account managers and Director of Account Management. The RAMs goal is to acquire all the essential knowledge to become a future account manager overseeing the staffing operations for specified markets across the nation. You will manage a specific client list, build relationships with your facilities and nurses in assigned markets, and ensure that the needs of our clients are being utilizing our cutting-edge technology, AllShifts.

Your skills and abilities will align with the following goals:

· Give outstanding client service by using communication expertise, exceeding product knowledge as well as understanding the facility stakeholders, as well as your pipeline of available nurses in that market

· Lead the day-to-day management of staffing operations for your client base

· Maintain strong knowledge of our technology, AllShifts, so you can maximize efficiency in the staffing process for both your facilities and nurses

· Comfort with a metrics-driven environment and able to meet daily/weekly/monthly goals

· Produce employee scheduling, payroll management, promotional marketing, and accounts receivable maintenance.

· Strong analytical skills as well as interpersonal skills

· Bachelor's degree preferred or commensurate experience

· Must have a minimum of three months experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership
