Job Description:

Kappel & Kappel Gateway Realty is seeking a Listing Coordinator to join our team in Fairfield and Vacaville, CA.

Duties:

• Install and Remove Posts & Panels

• Take & edit photos for agents

• Billing for department

• Order supplies for department

• Maintain panel and lockbox inventory

• MLS (Multiple Listing Service) – entering new listings, photos, etc.

• Place and remove lockboxes on properties

• Make keys for agent’s properties

• Schedule appointments via form submissions

• Create and deliver flyers for listed properties

• Create New Listing Lobby Slides

• Answer incoming department phone calls & return voicemails promptly

Required Qualifications:

· Driver’s License with good record (Required)

· High School Diploma/GED (Required)

· Customer Service: 1 Year (Preferred)

· Able to Multitask & work independently

· Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365

Preferred Qualifications:

· Photography Experience is a plus but not required

· Proficient in Adobe Lightroom software

· Proficient in Canva Software

Essential Functions (including, but not limited to):

• Combine Office and Field work

• Prolonged sitting

• Standing

• Driving/Prolonged Driving

• Lifting and/or carrying up to 25 lbs.

• Typing

• Exposure to weather elements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
