We’re hiring and growing here at the Nate Thomas Agency ! We are looking for a results-driven, Licensed Insurance Sales Representative to actively seek out and engage with customer prospects.

We are looking for someone who is looking to grow their career and look into career advancement within our Agency.

Qualifications

• Candidate must currently hold an Active P&C MD license
• Candidate should have insurance experience as well as sales experience
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
• Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
• Bilingual - Fluent in English and Spanish is a plus

Responsibilities

• Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Reach out to customer leads via phone calls and / or email
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $33,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
