We are looking for a full-time, energetic Home Improvement Sales Representative to help us continue to grow!

Serving as the premier roofer in Greater Washington D.C. since 1989, Maggio Roofing specializes in custom-built, best-in-class roofing systems. Licensed and insured in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington D.C., we employ a team of experts who are fully trained and equipped to deliver state-of-the-art roofing, gutter, and solar solutions for commercial and residential properties.

Compensation: 30 days of paid training, then you have the option to choose between a 100% commission plan or a Salary + Commission Plan - Avg. first-year earnings = $100K+

A little bit about the position:

Our Sales team focuses on mostly residential and some commercial roofing and gutter sales. You will meet with homeowners to diagnose needs, design options, present solutions, and close deals! You will hit set goals and treat every customer like family. We have an amazing, nationally proven sales process that is consultative-based and completely professional in every way!

Some qualifications include:

● 1+ years of Home Improvement Sales

● Construction knowledge is a plus but not required.

● Intermediate experience using a CRM

● Ability to erect a 32’ ladder and access the roof to take pictures, measurements, and diagnose roof issues

● Valid driver's license and proof of insurance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
