Summary

Red River Pre Owned in Jacksonville, AR is in search of a self-motivated automotive sales manager.

Qualifications – If you answer YES to the following questions Red River Pre Owned needs you.

• Do you have self-motivation with the ability to set and achieve target goals?
• Do you have 2 years of Management experience?
• Do you have 3 years of auto dealership sales experience?
• Do you have a valid driver’s license and can pass a drug test?

Duties and Responsibilities

• Knowledge of financing for automotive products, appraisal techniques and depreciation value.
• Oversee daily operations of the Sales Department.
• Daily prospecting for sales leads.
• Oversee inventory control, cost levels and advertising.
• Hiring/Training Sales Staff
• Relaying information to upper management regarding day-to-day operations, including hiring.
• Must pass background screening.
