Job Summary:
The Sales Engineer supports our sales team during the sales process to analyze business needs and position the right solutions to those needs through the Netchex technology.
Key Responsibilities:
Run analysis/discovery calls with clients and prospects to ensure that we appropriately understand their desired business outcomes and system requirements
Build a business case for a client or prospect demonstrating the ROI of implementing specific Netchex solutions
Run live demonstrations with clients and prospects letting them see how certain solutions would work in their specific use case
Facilitate communication of key goals for client/prospect to other team members to facilitate successful handoff from sales to implementation
Maintain thorough notes in Salesforce for all client and prospect interactions
Maintain professional and technical knowledge of competitor trends and of Netchex capabilities
Maintain proficiency/awareness in general HR and HR technology trends
Must be proficient in all modules of Netchex application (including 3rd party modules)
Train other team members on products and sales strategies.
Work with our product development team to identify specific areas of our application that need improvement.

Proactive personalities who can effectively communicate and uncover gaps in a client’s Netchex experience that may impact their relationship with us.
Candidates for this role must have prior Netchex experience in either service, implementation, or sales.
Success metrics are measured by closed/won revenue to quota.
