Our mission is to find motivated, adaptable individuals and help them grow from a Trainee to a licensed Hearing Care Professional through a comprehensive paid training program. Benefits:

• First year base + commission once license is obtained
• First 6 months approximately $4500 per month as a trainee salary
• Upon completion of the trainee program – compensation would be $70,000 - $100,000 per year

• Monday – Friday 8:30 AM – 5 PM with the occasional Saturday

What will you do?

As a Hearing Care Professional Trainee, you will work with a licensed Hearing Care Professional to meet with customers to discuss their hearing loss, building a relationship based on trust and empathy from the start. You will also spend time with our training team to prepare for the licensing exam. Finally, you will witness the positive impact of restoring their sense of sound.
