We are looking for a Director of B2B & Marketplace Sales to join our Sales & Marketing Team located On-Site in our Corporate Office in Chatsworth, CA.

Reporting to the General Manager (GM) of Sales and Marketing, the Director of B2B and Marketplace Sales is responsible for overseeing and managing the e-commerce and big box/trade departments of Noble House. They will manage promotional campaigns and channel marketing spend. Collaborating with cross-departmental managers and staff is critical to this individual’s success in effectively promoting products based on company objectives. This person must understand data and market strategy and have prior experience and success developing less experienced direct reports.
What does this role involve?
Essential Job Duties:
● Grow E-commerce sales, while maintaining margin
● Manage team of Senior and Junior Account Managers and develop them into strategic thinkers
● Develop and hold team accountable to monthly KPIs and annual OKRs
● Develop a long-term strategy of how to best interact and manage channels and where to spend time and resources
● Develop cross-functional relationships within Noble House
● Work collaboratively with multiple internal teams on a channel-by-channel promotional strategy
● Actively engage team to promote Aged, Slow, and New SKUs
● Create and maintain monthly reports to show marketplaces growth, qualify/quantify marketing impact, and channel analytics
● Provide reports and insights to the GM of Sales & Marketing to make actionable recommendations based on sales, forecasts, conversion, promotions, seasonality, marketing channel performance and other web analytics data
● Onboard new e-commerce channels
● Other duties as assigned by the GM manager, and/or C-Suite executives.

What are we looking for in a candidate?
Experience and Education Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree required
● MBA degree is preferred but not required
● Degree concentration in Marketing or Business preferred
● Generally requires minimum of seven-plus (7+) years of experience in an e-commerce consumer packaged goods (CPG) business
● Prior experience in marketing and technology
● Prior experience applying sales and marketing techniques to drive desired impact
● Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word and Outlook); intermediate-level Excel, in particular (e.g, confidently uses SUM/IF, INDEX/MATCH, LOOKUPs formulas and functions)
● Proficient computer skills

WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?
Competitive Pay - The U.S. base salary range for this full-time, exempt (salaried) position is $75,000 – $90,000 + monthly incentive pay + annual bonus opportunity. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. (Full-time is defined as regularly working 30+ hours per week.)
