Kurtz Ersa is currently seeking a highly motivated and professional individual to join our team as a Sales Representative.

As a leader in the rework industry, we pride ourselves on providing innovative and high-quality solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proven track record in sales, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

The responsibilities will include generating new business, maintaining existing accounts, managing sales representative network and meeting sales targets. The candidate will need to take a customer-centric approach in order to develop strong relationships with clients, identify their needs, and provide effective solutions. The candidate will also work closely with our technical support and service teams to ensure that our clients receive the best possible support.

To be considered for this position, you must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, be highly self-motivated, and possess strong negotiation and closing skills. Knowledge of the rework industry is preferred but not essential.

Kurtz Ersa Inc. offers a 401k match of 6% after three months of employment, health insurance (including vision and dental), the possibility for bonuses, and gym membership reimbursement of up to $50 per month. Vacation accrues at the rate of one additional day each year. Expenses are reimbursed on a weekly basis. There are 14 paid Holidays per year. A cell phone, laptop, and any other necessary office supplies will be provided.
