Lead Generator: (Training & Development)

Pay: $15- $25 per hour based on production

All new hires join Integrity as a Lead Generator which is the training and development period. This position is for hands-on training. Where you learn everything about energy & how to sell over the phone. You generate leads for account managers to close.

Once there is a proven track record as a Lead Generator, reps are promoted to Account Managers

Account Manager:

Pay: $15-$30 per hour based on production plus uncapped commission

Account managers are responsible for generating and closing their own deals. They earn an hourly rate plus commission for each closed deal.

Top Account Mangers make $30/hour, and they earn between $1500-$8000 each month in commission.

Renewal Representative:

Pay: $17-$30 per hour based on production plus uncapped commission

Renewal Reps are responsible for calling our current customers to renew their current contracts with in their renewal window.

Responsibilities:

• Cold call commercial customers to negotiate electric contracts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $31,200.00 - $85,000.00 per year
