Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a strong client base through networking, prospecting, and referrals
• Analyze client needs and recommend appropriate insurance policies
• Maintain a thorough understanding of trucking industry regulations and trends
• Provide exceptional customer service and build long-lasting relationships with clients
• Achieve sales goals and exceed performance metrics

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in trucking insurance sales
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales goals and exceeding performance metrics
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and self-motivate to achieve results
• Knowledge of the trucking industry and related insurance products
• Active insurance license
