HR Advantage is seeking a professional Sales Manager for a Springfield based, client employer.

The Sales Manager will collaborate with the leasing team to develop and implement strategies for tenant attraction and retention, as well as work alongside the Owners to execute the company’s long-term strategy and ensure alignment across all department heads.

This role requires strong interpersonal skills, excellent sales acumen, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

  • The Sales Manager will be responsible for generating leads, conducting tours, and closing lease agreements.
  • They will conduct daily sales calls, arrange site visits, and provide accurate information to prospective tenants.
  • Responsible for ensuring high levels of prospective tenant satisfaction, maintaining occupancy levels, and managing resident retention programs.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the leasing process.
  • Collaborate with the revenue management team to optimize pricing and maximize leasing opportunities.
  • Acquire and develop new business accounts.
  • Prepare persuasive sales proposals tailored to prospective tenants.
  • Follow up on leads within 2 hours.
  • Maintain a professional and positive attitude with team members, guests, and clients.
  • Exhibit exemplary attendance and punctuality.
  • Comply with company policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Ownership Team.

The ideal candidate has:

- A bachelor’s degree in business, management, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

- Previous real estate or property management experience is preferred.

- A minimum of three (3) years of experience in student housing sales is required.

- A minimum of five (5) years of sales experience

- A strong understanding of property management, leasing, and financial management is required.

Salary is 75k +

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
