ADDITIVE CIRCUITS TECHNOLOGIES is seeking an Inside Sales Manager to join our team in Brea, CA. This position is responsible for the sales process from prospecting to closing, including the following:

• Lead generation and qualification
• Lead generation and qualification
• Customer relationship management
• Sales process from prospecting to closing
• Customer service
• Sales support and customer service
• Customer satisfaction surveys
• Training and coaching

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required. College degree preferred.
• 2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with a high level of attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
