We are seeking an experienced Business Development Sales Representative to join our growing company. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
- Build market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing relationships with potential new contacts, business leaders, and other professionals in the community.
- Research, coordinate, and plan events to enhance each company’s profile in the community.
- Plan and support business development events including seminars, webinars, lunches, and business meetings.
- Attend professional networking events representing both companies.
- Analyze available data and customer feedback to continuously improve our services and relationship building.
- Discover and explore new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Director of Content Marketing to develop marketing strategies.
- Create systems and processes for event execution, development events, and relationship building.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with clients, real estate professionals, community leaders, and other staff.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Experience in Title Insurance Sales
- Highly responsible, self-disciplined, and ethical work habits.
- Detail oriented with strong time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Flexibility and the ability to handle high pressure, deadline driven duties.
- Ability to function in a highly motivated, team-driven environment.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
Compensation: Competitive based on qualifications and experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
