The Service Sales Telemarketer will be responsible for contacting prospective patients to promote and grow awareness of Valora's services and healthcare practitioners in our communities. Working closely with our Service Sales Field team and promote events to encourage participation from potential customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Contact members of various Medicare health plans by phone to offer and explain Valora's services in the community
• Work with agents and brokers to schedule tours in various clinic locations with prospective patients
• Promote planned events held at various clinic locations and encourage participation in an effort to increase Valora's patient population
• Return voicemail messages from members and work manual outbound calling lists
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly and monthly lead generation targets
• Establish and nurture excellent relationships with insurance agents and brokers.

Education/Qualifications:

• High School Diploma is required
• 2+ years’ experience in a telesales position is a plus
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is required
• Experience in the healthcare industry desired but not required
• Must have effective written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to interact effectively and build relationships telephonically
• Excellent relationship-building skills
• Ability to deal with conflict and rejection successfully
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail, ability to learn new procedures and adapt quickly to change
• Innovative, motivated, organized, and a team player
• Follow through with commitments
