Call Center Sales Representative – Fully Remote!

Compensation: Earn up to $20.00 per hour!

College Hunks Hauling Junk and Moving is looking to add full-time Dedicated Call Center Representatives to our growing team!

This is a fully remote role however all team members must reside in one of the following states: AL, AR, DE, FL, GA, ID, IA, KS, MD, MN, MS, MO, NH, NC, ND, OH, OK, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WV, WI & WY. WHAT YOU'LL GET:

• Great Pay! Our agents average $14.00-20.00 per hour which includes a competitive base rate along with a generous sales commission structure!

• Hours of operation: We have dedicated team members available for our clients Monday – Saturday 8am - Midnight EST and Sunday 9am – 11:45pm EST - a successful candidate in this position will need to have flexibility in scheduling to include nights and weekends. Hours and schedule requirements will be discussed further at the time of interview.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Conduct outbound and inbound phone calls and manage clients with exceptional WOW service as outlined by our code of conduct.
• Provide all required information to clients regarding College Hunks Hauling Junk and College Hunks Moving services and procedures.
• Represent our brand positively with each client interaction.
• Book all viable outbound and inbound sales calls.
• Maintain an acceptable close rate on all bookings.
• Comply with all Sales and Loyalty Center policies and procedures including but not limited to the Employee Handbook.
• Regular attendance is required as outlined in our policies.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent and proper oral and written communication skills
• Typing proficiency minimum 30 WPM
• Ability to demonstrate personal integrity in a team environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Computer skills a must with knowledge of Microsoft applications and Internet programs
• Quiet, private Workspace
• Reliable High Speed Internet Connection
