Position: Presales Engineer

Location: New York

EZOPS is seeking an exceptional Presales Engineer to join our growing sales team as we target new and existing clients. This person should be skilled at leading technical client discovery sessions, demos and proof of concepts for enterprise solutions with sell-side, asset managers, hedge funds and insurance companies.

This person will be an integral part of our global sales team as we drive revenue growth for the firm. EZOPS’ data control and automation platform helps clients automate their data reconciliations/validations or manual processes with bots/connectors, machine learning and intelligent process automation and workflow solution. Join our team of hard-working experts in financial services and technology.

Responsibilities :

· Working in a team selling environment you will lead complex technical discussions with customers to explain our solutions and gather requirements for demos and POCs

· Become a product expert in EZOPS

· Command industry, partner and competitor knowledge related to EZOPS

· Understand, apply, and develop demonstration tools and assets effectively across customer personas

· Be a key contributor to developing and sharing the EZOPS product story

· Collaborate with product management, client success and development on responses to RFIs and RFPs

· Work within a team environment to manage and close complex sales

· Travel required up to 33%

Qualifications:

· 4+ years presales experience selling to C-level executives across financial services

· Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills; ability to own the room with confidence and become a trusted advisor

· Working knowledge of ETLs, automation, workflow, reconciliation, reporting, and fund admin solutions are a plus

· Strong understanding of capital markets, fund administration / accounting and a plus

· Well-organized, highly motivated, goal oriented, flexible with a willingness to grow professionally

· Ability to build relationships with clients

· Ability to multitask competing priorities

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or mathematics is preferred

· Excellent time management and organizational skills

· Base Location NYC Metro area

The ideal candidate:

· Curious in nature and self-motivated to learn and solve problems.

· Be customer centric and have 4+ years' experience architecting enterprise solutions.

· Candidates adepts in Microsoft Excel highly preferred.

· Candidates with SQL, Python, JavaScript, and other technical programming abilities preferred.

· Effective storytelling to a wide variety of audiences in the same room – up and down the client organizational hierarchy.
