As a Senior Account Manager, you will oversee all resources and logistics required to perform services and maintenance activities on our customers' site/property. These activities contribute to, maintain, repair and refurbish sold or existing products. This includes all types of maintenance service (preventive and remedial), and management of maintenance facilities and field services engineering.

As a Field Svc Ops, you will be responsible for:

• 
  Overseeing Service Technicians for the Account
• Developing a year plan for your own department
• Improving in processes, procedures and ways of working
• Communicating across direct organization and presenting to senior leaders in specific technical space and on cross functional teams on how technologies interconnect and contribute to overall strategy.
• Handing diverse clients within region. Following frameworks for processes and negotiating around client specific conditions.

• Have provable experience in the oil & gas industry
