POSITION SUMMARY

The store manager is responsible for the daily operations of Geyermans Clothing Co in Pipestone, MN. The store manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the store and reports to the store owner. The store manager will also be responsible for managing and training the sales staff and assisting in the day-to-day operations of the store.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and supervise all aspects of the daily operations of the store.
• Ensure that all sales staff are trained, are performing their duties properly, and are properly compensated.
• Ensure that sales staff are trained on how to use POS systems.
• Ensure that all cash handling procedures are followed.
• Ensure that all sales staff are trained on how to prepare inventory for retail sales.
• Perform cash handling duties on a daily basis.
• Ensure that all cash handling procedures are followed at the end of each day.
• Other duties as assigned by store owner or management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with customers, other employees, and management.
• Must have a positive attitude and be a team player.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
