Job Title: Inside Sales

This is a FULL-TIME position
The primary goal of this position is to contribute to the success of the company by selling parts to internal and external clients, over the counter, in-person, or on the phone to assist in achieving individual and departmental sales objectives.
The Parts Sales Consultant will be responsible for the daily operations of the Parts Department by successfully performing or assisting in managing the following:
Responsibilities
This role is responsible for the following:
Sales and Customer Service
- Generates new sales and sales leads with existing customers.
- Understands customers’ needs and identifies sales opportunities.
- Uses excellent oral communication and best practices in customer service when interacting with customers.
- Responsible for customer follow-ups.
- Effectively and efficiently collects information from new customers to provide to the Shared Services Accounting team for processing.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of our products and competing products in industry.
- Initiate and facilitates effective demonstrations of our product lines and capabilities as needed.
The best candidate for this position will meet the following requirements:
- HVAC equipment experience preferred.
- Experience with FACTS Accounting Software preferred.
- Must demonstrate an ability to multi-task and prioritize day-to-day responsibilities.
- Must have a minimum of two (2) years of customer service experience.
- Bachelors’ degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Able to solve problems and skillfully negotiate with a minimum of noise while managing stress. Demonstrates integrity and trust through appropriate directness and truthfulness. Ability to understand personal strengths and weaknesses, seek feedback and improve upon shortcomings.
Negotiating Skills - Ability to settle differences, compromise or reach agreement while avoiding argument and dispute.
Environmental Requirements
Will be required to work in an office environment and contribute to the team around you.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to operate computer keyboard and telephone, reach with hands and arms. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, and sit. The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, or crouch. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
