POSITION DESCRIPTION
Account Executives seek out businesses here in Southwest Florida, and ask them to advertise on our radio stations.

We help businesses grow by providing them ON-AIR, DIGITAL, and ON-LOCATION marketing solutions.

This job as a lot of freedom: It is almost entirely out of the office, and you are in charge of your day. As an Account Executive ("AE"), you will report to the Sales Manager. The position is Full Time.

Responsibilities (includes but not limited to):
- Hit station revenue goals, by (including, but not limited to): Prospecting, Creating, Maintaining, Growing, and Keeping potential advertisers. Provide them marketing solutions via our radio assets.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and Annual goals.
- Deliver proof of performance to clients.

Requirements(including, but not limited to):
- Guts and Thick Skin!: This job is not for the faint of heart. You must be comfortable asking a business owner to invest in your advertising product, multiple times a day.
- Communication Skills. Are you relatable? Will clients trust you to handle their advertising? Can you establish trust & credibility?
- Computer Skills. We are virtually paperless. Almost all orders, commercials, and communication is digital. You must be comfortable in this efficient and fast-moving environment.
- Your own mode of Transportation.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
