Position: Inside Sales Account Manager – Vero Beach, FL – KLUS, LLC
Office/On Site Location: Vero Beach, FL (not a remote position)

The Inside Sales Account Manager will report to the Director of Sales and Marketing and will be responsible for proactively executing the defined sales strategy to drive increased volume and provide exceptional service to a group of diverse customer accounts through a consistent email/phone communication process. This resource will become the primary point of contact for these accounts to assist with product inquiries, design assistance and order generation. The ideal candidate will be experienced in technical sales, creative, highly organized, detail oriented, motivated to achieve goals and a team player.
Responsibilities
- A large portion of time will be devoted to researching, prospecting and cold calling companies within strategic vertical markets.
- Introduce KLUS products and service capabilities to potential new customers.
- Achieve and surpass assigned sales targets and strategic KPIs
- Assist the Director of Sales and Business Development Managers in certain focused efforts to drive incremental volume through our traditional channels.
- Work cross functionally with order service and engineering to respond to customer issues, questions and provide an enhanced level of service.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings
- Monitor and report on competitive activities and industry trends
- Provide accurate and timely reporting as required
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft software and SAP CRM.
- Requirements
- 1-2 years of sales experience (lighting category is a plus)
- Bachelor’s degree in related discipline
- Strong communication skills, organizational skills and an out-going personality
