Retail Sales Representative
Ace Wireless LLC is an authorized agent for UScellular, and is currently looking for strong Wireless Sales Representatives who are passionate about mobile technology.

Job Summary:

A Retail Sales Representative for Ace Wireless is responsible for the overall customer experience, sales performance, and execution of brand excellence in our store. This position will require outstanding customer service, selling and up-selling products, and providing customer support.

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a timely and positive manner – create a positive sales experience for the customer.
• Identify the customer’s needs and provide information related to UScellular products and services.
• Should be a “knowledgeable expert” to troubleshoot customer's device and resolve any other customer problems.
• Up selling the products is a core part of the job.
• Should always be 100% compliant with all the UScellular Training, policies and procedures.

Skills Required:

• At least one-year retail experience in sales and/or customer service.
• At least one-year experience handling cash transactions and balancing cash drawers.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work flexible hours, weekends and during peak retail selling periods. Work at various locations may also be required.
• Tech-savvy and enjoy working with interactive technology devices.
• Enjoy working in a team environment & engaging with consumers. Must be enthusiastic and have the drive needed to complete sales.
• Independent and self-motivated team player.
• Regular physical activity will be required, e.g., setting up promotional material, changing displays, etc.
• Reliable transportation.
• Spanish speaking highly preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour based on experience

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Weekend availability a must

Supplemental Pay:

• Commission pay

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
