cab, Technology is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our team! It is a full time, salary position with benefits. Benefits include health and dental insurance, paid time off, and 401(k).

General Responsibilities/Requirements

• Supports the sales team and the warehouse clerk when needed.
• Answer incoming phone calls and provide customers with reliable information regarding product specifications, pricing, and stock levels.
• Generate product quotes and be able to give recommendations for products and specific product applications.
• Perform product/application testing for customers.
• Create and organize quote logs for tracking and follow up.
• Create quarterly newsletters for our customers.
• Prepare price lists.
• Maintain a log for demo units and responsible for other relevant data entry.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs is a must.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail is very important.
• Prior inside sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
