Compensation: Draw with a Commission (5%) + Bonuses based on sales goals

Job Responsibilities:

• Proactively engage with potential clients via phone, email, and other communication channels to generate sales leads and build relationships.
• Understand client needs and objectives, and recommend suitable products from our catalog to meet their requirements.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies, campaigns, and promotions.
• Close sales and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
• Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings.

Compensation Structure:

• Draw salary commensurate with experience.
• 5% commission on sales, providing unlimited earning potential based on your performance.
• Additional bonuses based on achieving sales goals.

Pay: From $48,000.00 per year
