Wendell Charles Insurance is seeking P&C Insurance Producers to join our growing team.

Description

About:
Wendell Charles Insurance is an independent insurance agency providing a custom risk management experience for personal, specialty, and commercial lines of insurance coverage. WCI is a member firm of SIAA, the #1 insurance agency alliance in the United States with over $12.46 Billion of in-force premium placed in 2022.

Our team is currently onboarding 30+ P&C policies per month and we are looking for agents to join in our growth. We expect to expand into many markets so this is an opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a rapidly growing organization. We expect on target earnings for producers that follow our system to be $50k to $75k or more in year one and unlimited potential ongoing.

Job Summary:
Seeking active Insurance Producers to join our team! To be successful in this role, you will effectively present insurance strategies to clients and maintain a holistic approach to a clients holistic financial life. Proven communication skills and the ability to translate complex financial topics into clear client communication is key.

Our model at Wendell Charles Insurance is focused on providing support to talented producers including all operations, CRM management, prospective client leads, marketing support, and more.

Responsibilities:
  • Recruit and maintain client bases.
  • Interview clients to determine their current insurable needs
  • Analyze financial information obtained from clients to determine strategies for meeting clients' financial objectives.
  • Proactively reach out to internal and external prospective clients

Qualifications:
  • Property & Casualty insurance licenses or willingness to become licensed within 60 days
  • Ability to demonstrate prior business development experience and results
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Skilled using multiple technology platforms
  • Work well with team members including positive attitude and energy each day

Preferred:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience with Salesforce, Slack, Zoom, EZ Lynx and the Microsoft ecosystem
