Responsibilities:

The sales lot attendant is responsible for moving new and used vehicles to ensure smooth and efficient traffic flow through the facility and increase customer convenience and maintaining an orderly sales parking area. The primary duties and responsibilities of the attendant include:

• Perform a variety of tasks including: janitorial, delivery driving, landscaping, washing and vacuuming vehicles.
• Drive vehicles from the back sales parking lot to the front of the showroom.
• Deliver the keys to the sales person showing vehicle insuring it is ready to be viewed by a customer.
• Maintain the parking lot in a neat and organized manner.
• Ability to operate a wide variety of vehicles, including the ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions.
• Make sure all the vehicles in the parking lot are kept locked.
• Inspect each vehicle for lot damage that may have been done and report any damage to management immediately.
• Check in brand new vehicles, paying attention to detail with VIN numbers, make, and model of vehicle.
• When delivering completed vehicles to their owners, thank them in a friendly and courteous manner and let them know that we appreciate their business.
• Assisting the managers with anything they need, or might need help with.

Qualifications:

• Operate a wide variety of cars, light trucks, and vans with ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions
• A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service
• Ability to multi task in a fast paced work environment
• Professional appearance and work ethic
• Effective interpersonal communication skills
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Possess a valid in state driver’s license
• Possess an acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence
• All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
