Customer Service Agent (Licensed)

Job Description:

The Licensed Customer Service Agent will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients. The successful candidate will be able to handle a high volume of calls and emails and will be able to resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner. The Customer Service Agent will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Responsibilities:

• Answering a high volume of inbound calls and emails from customers
• Resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Providing exceptional customer service to clients
• Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer issues

Requirements:

• Active Florida Health Insurance License (215 or 240)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to handle a high volume of calls and emails
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
• Skilled in using Windows PC applications including strong keyboard and navigation skills
• Ability to work with multiple departments
