We are seeking a motivated and outgoing individual to join our team as an Appointment Setter/Door Knocker. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, scheduling appointments, and knocking on doors to promote our products/services. We are looking for someone who can effectively communicate with potential customers, build rapport, and book appointments for our sales team.

Responsibilities:

• Knock on doors in designated neighborhoods to introduce our products/services to homeowners. Engage in polite and professional conversations to capture their interest and schedule appointments.
• Identify potential customers by researching target areas, demographics, and market trends. Utilize various strategies to generate leads, including online research, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Maintain a well-organized schedule and efficiently book appointments with interested prospects. Clearly communicate appointment details, such as date, time, and purpose, to ensure a smooth handoff to the sales team.
• Act as the face of our company during interactions with potential customers. Listen actively to their needs, answer questions, and address any concerns they may have. Present product/service features and benefits in a clear and concise manner to generate interest.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with potential customers. Follow up with leads to nurture their interest and provide additional information as needed. Strive to exceed their expectations and leave a lasting impression of professionalism and credibility.

Requirements:

• Ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively. Proficient in active listening to understand customer needs and provide appropriate responses.
• Comfortable engaging with people from diverse backgrounds. Demonstrates empathy, patience, and professionalism in interactions with potential customers.
• Proactive in seeking out new leads and opportunities. Works independently to achieve targets and meet deadlines.
• Able to handle rejection and setbacks with a positive attitude. Tenacious in pursuing leads and overcoming obstacles to achieve results.
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage a busy schedule. Efficiently handles administrative duties and follows up with leads in a timely manner.
• Must have a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for door-to-door activities.
