Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree Preferred, High School Diploma or GED Required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs
Three (3) to Five (5) Years Experience – Sales/Customer Service Preferred
Strong Verbal, Written, Communication and Presentation Skills
Ability to Coordinate Multiple Tasks, While Being Attentive to Details
Self-Motivated and Results Oriented
Flexibility in Time Management (Work May Require Nights/Weekends)
Ability to Work in and with Team Environment
Valid Driver License and Safe Driving Record
Background Check and Drug Screen Required

Overview*
The Prairie Farms National Account Associate role was created in support of the need to enhance the business relationship between Prairie Farms and National Account customers. As National Accounts continues to change and drive how Prairie Farms does business on a daily basis, it is imperative that the proper resources are in place to handle these customers’ growing list of demands and requirements. The National Account Team manages a portfolio of industry leading customers totaling over 115 accounts with a combined total annual sales of nearly $3.0 billion.
The National Account Associate will be responsible for supporting the entire National Account Team in a variety of functions such as: new customer setup; creating, analyzing and distributing monthly sales reports; facilitating monthly reports from all Prairie Farms locations; executing monthly rebates and invoices for National Account customers; creating and preparing National Account presentations and marketing materials; providing support and oversight to cross functional teams within the organization like Accounts Receivables/Payables, IT and Operations. This National Account Associate will be interacting with numerous external customer groups, class of trades and key stakeholders throughout the industry.

Additional Activities*

• Provide technical and customer service support for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist and engage on monthly price change functions and needs.
• Support with planning regular sales meetings (in person & virtual) as well as engaging in other special projects within the National Account Team.
• Collaborate with cross function teams on applicable projects and needs, while supporting the entire National Account Team when others may be out of the office.
• Serve as administrative support for Senior Vice President of Sales, Vice President of Sales, and Director of National Account.
• Oversee and manage coupon inventory, office supply orders and other pertinent office needs.
