Denison Nursing and Rehab is seeking a Director of Business Development and Admissions who has a sincere passion for seniors and a proven track record of building census.

MUST have sales experience in SNF (skilled nursing facility).

This position is full-time. If you do not have experience in this type of position do not apply.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Collaborate with team to create full occupancy.
• Responsible for the admission’s procedure including the application process, and the explanation and signing of admissions agreement.
• Responsible for coordinating with staff regarding admitting dates.
• Work collaboratively with team on outreach, partnership development and event creation.
• Work collaboratively with local hospital and discharge planners.

Qualifications and Skills

• Must have marketing and sales experience within a SNF.
• Must be familiar with Long-Term Care regulations, Medicare/Medicaid, and HMO insurance coverage for admission requirements.
• Must have experience in sales prospecting through closing, outreach, partnership development and event creations.
• Sales experience with a track record of maintaining a strong census.
• Excellent oral and written communications skills.
• Strong customer service and listening skills.
