Position Overview
We have an immediate need for Customer Service Representatives with Sales skills to join the AATC team.
We are looking for an associate who is energetic, compassionate and can create a sense of urgency on the phone with a positive attitude. Someone who enjoys helping customers and can provide a five star level of service and can upsell
Location: West Palm Beach, FL
Responsibilities:
- Work in Salesforce to track and create tasks for overflow calls from other departments.
- Verify customer orders for accuracy.
- Discuss details of an order with customers when necessary.
- Upsell warranty products to existing customers
- Make detailed notes from interactions with each customer.
- Navigate quickly and accurately in multiple web-based programs while working with a customer on the phone.
- Assist customers with completing credit applications, discuss terms of credit approvals with customers.
- Must be comfortable offering additional products and accurate product details to customers including insurances and warranties.
- Responsible for accurately explaining vehicle tag and title options to a customer
Requirements:
- High level of confidence, energy and professionalism while communicating via phone, text or email
- Selling
- Ability to learn and execute phone scripts confidently and fluidly
- A strong team player with the ability to work independently
- Successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Proficient in the latest technology: computers, CRM, cell phone, websites, and Email
- Excellent task management and prioritizing skills

Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday 9-5
- Saturday 9-1 (between 2-3 Saturdays per month)
Pay: $20 Per Hour Plus Bonus and commission
Supplemental Pay:
- Goal Based Bonus pay
- Product Sales Based Commission pay
Experience: Applicants should have experience in a previous role with moderate call volume and/or call center experience. Phone sales experience is also preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
