Position: Sales Administrator

Location: Cherry Hill, NJ

Position Summary: Primarily responsible for administering and coordinating daily sales office activity

Specific Requirements:

• Process quotes and receives new orders and completions, enters into computer system along with additional administrative duties

• Traces, expedites and coordinates the shipping of orders and leftovers

• Responsible for running and updating backlog and accounts receivable reports and leftover reports

• Forecast review and updates

• Shipment allocation reports

• Matches invoices with orders, mails invoices to the customer, and follows up on special billing forms

• Requests insurance certificates to customers and general contractors, logs contracts to be executed

• Obtains necessary approvals and sends correspondence to customers

• Processes invoices from outside vendors as needed

• Works with Accounting to set up new vendors.

• Modifies orders with labor, product and pricing – changes as needed

Background Requirements:

• 4-5 years customer service experience

• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multi-task is critical and to work independently is a must

• Bachelor's degree a plus
