Cornerstone Recruiting is seeking a driven, hungry, and charismatic Sales Professional to join our team in Nottingham, MD! The ideal candidate should have experience with sales generation, and closing sales. You will also be responsible for customer service and project management for residential and commercial insurance restoration projects. This position offers the support of a company with the added benefit of uncapped earning potential.

Sales/Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Generate new sales
• Educating homeowners on how we help them get their roof/siding replaced and paid for by their insurance company
• Working with adjusters to ensure all items are paid for correctly on estimates.
• Maintain software digital job box to ensure projects stay on task.
• Serve as the face of the company in every way with customers, adjusters and contractors.

Sales/Project Manager Requirements:

• Previous sales experience
• Strong project management skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Strong leadership qualities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
