Retail Sales Sales Associate in Memphis, TN
Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement: Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner to understand their needs and preferences. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of Hyundai vehicles, including their features, specifications, and benefits. Stay updated on the latest Hyundai models and technologies.
Sales Process: Guide customers through the sales process, including vehicle selection, test drives, financing options, and trade-in evaluations. Effectively communicate pricing, promotions, and available incentives.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business. Follow up with potential leads and maintain regular communication to address any inquiries or concerns.
Sales Targets: Achieve monthly sales targets and goals set by the dealership. Continuously work towards exceeding sales objectives and maximizing sales opportunities.
Paperwork and Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork, contracts, and vehicle documentation accurately and efficiently. Ensure compliance with dealership policies and legal requirements.
Qualifications:
Sales Experience: Previous experience in automotive sales or a related field is preferred but not 100% necessary. Experience in a customer-facing role with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is beneficial.
Product Knowledge: Familiarity with Hyundai vehicles or the automotive industry is advantageous. Willingness to learn about Hyundai models, features, and technologies is essential.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. Ability to actively listen, understand customer needs, and effectively convey information is crucial.
Customer Service Orientation: Strong customer service and interpersonal skills are necessary. Ability to build rapport, establish trust, and provide an exceptional buying experience to customers.
Negotiation Skills: Proficient negotiation and persuasion skills to facilitate successful sales transactions. Ability to find common ground and address customer concerns effectively.
Self-Motivated: Self-driven and motivated to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations. Ability to work independently while also being a team player within the dealership.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple customer inquiries, test drives, and paperwork efficiently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $3,000.00 - $17,000.00 per month
