The right candidate must

• Have two years of automotive management experience
• Posses excellent sales training skills
• Provide daily sales training to new hires and experienced sales staff
• Daily unsold follow up- the right candidate will be comfortable on the phone closing deals
• Excellent closing skills- the right candidate must be comfortable on the showroom floor assisting sales staff in closing deals
• High energy and enthusiasm are a must- this is a very intense fast paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $135,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
