(MUST LIVE IN RICHMOND OR SURROUNDING COUNTIES WITHIN DAILY DRIVING DISTANCE TO OFFICE) Are you a person with a positive attitude, inquisitive, enjoy and can thrive an ever changing work environment, capable of administrative work, great communication skills, enjoys talking to people, has organizational skills, and can facilitate activities of multiple people? This is an entry level position for someone looking for a long term and rewarding career with a creative team, wants to learn about the industry, willing to allow us to teach them and help them pursue a rewarding career as a Senior Event Producer with a handsome salary and benefits package. The position is part of a creative team as the Administrative Assistant Planner, giving great customer service, researching solutions for clients, and being a support to the creative and install teams. The Assistant must have scheduling experience as well as experience with Teams software, such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and other Teams software platforms. He/She will also provide assistance with wedding show sales during peak seasons. Calling potential and existing vendors, providing current information on registration forms and the exhibitor's guide will be a fun addition to this position.

Must be able to lift 50 - 75 lbs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
