We provide the highest quality products, equipment, training and support to dealerships, independent shops, franchisees, and fleets so they can perform BG automotive maintenance services. Our territory managers take the time train automotive professionals on the importance of preventative maintenance and proper procedures for performing our services with the utmost competence. To succeed in this position, you need a sharp business mind, a proven sales history, and the ability to successfully manage multiple accounts. We are looking for an experienced, energetic, positive, driven, growth minded sales professional who is skilled at relationship building, outside sales development and wants to work with a growing company. Start with an established sales territory in a specific area of independent shops and/or new car dealerships. An excellent opportunity to grow a sales territory in a fast-growing market.
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Manage and develop business in your territory.
· Devise effective territory sales and marketing strategies.
· Train & coach customers on product features and benefits, sales process, and retention.
· Grow customer confidence in the quality & effectiveness of BG Products through live product demonstrations.
· Build and execute sales plans and processes to ultimately secure your territories success, growth, and development.
· Design and execute goals and strategies for continued growth while providing excellent customer service.
· Identify areas of opportunity and provide solutions.
· Remain up to date with reporting.
· Regularly communicate with management, warehouse and delivery, and customers to ensure product levels are always satisfactory.
Qualifications:
· 2+ years’ proven experience in territory sales management, business development or a similar B2B sales role.
· Valid DL.
· Knowledge of general business software and aptitude to learn new applications; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
· Strong English fluency, both written and verbal.
· Automotive industry knowledge an asset.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $36,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
