Key Personnel is seeking an Account Manager for a printing company located in the Tulsa, OK area!

This person would be working directly with clients, sales managers, estimators and executive management.

PAY RATE AND HOURS AND FOR ACCOUNT MANAGER:

• $20-22/hr. DOE - Paid weekly!
• Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm

JOB DUTIES FOR ACCOUNT MANAGER:

• Assist clients with issue resolution as needed via email, phone or in person.
• Assist production, sales and admin staff with job issue resolution or clarification as needed.
• Receive and review all client orders. Confirm orders are clear, complete and accurate. Follow up on unclear, incomplete or inaccurate information with client. Correct order prior to preparing and submitting job ticket to production.
• Prepare and proof job production tickets to be utilized in production, finishing and shipping departments.
• Communicate with production, finishing and shipping personnel as needed to answer any questions concerning jobs in process.
• Monitor client jobs through production, finishing and shipping process. Confirm jobs are timely moving through the production, finishing and shipping process and will be shipped and received on time.
• Upon job completion receive job ticket, prepare and distribute client invoice.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE FOR ACCOUNT MANAGER:

• Detail orientation, excellent writing/grammar, organization, time management, and professional tone and attitude.
• Ability to Multi-task and work in fast paced environment. Job has many interruptions and concurrent jobs to monitor.
• Strong excel skills
• Ability to understand basic internal accounting systems and chart of accounts.
• Basic business understanding of importance of timely generating company invoices and entering company payables
