Our client company was founded in Orlando over sixty years ago and began with just the founder and two employees. They manufactured concrete block three days a week and delivered block three days a week depending on demand. The founder's spouse was technically a fourth employee, but she was not on the payroll. She would spend Florida days without air conditioning, sitting in her car doing the bookkeeping because they had no office. As time went on, they conservatively grew their business from one plant to five plants under a single roof. This successful team worked together for over fifty-two years. Now, the company is managed by the third generation of the family with two other locations besides Orlando.

The company has an immediate need for Ready Mix Dispatchers for the Orlando location. Ideal candidates would have the following qualifications and experience:

Ÿ Great customer service and B2B proven sales experience

Ÿ Must have construction and product industry knowledge

Ÿ Monday -Friday- this is a 95% on the road ( locally) position

Ÿ Must have reliable transportation ( the company will provide vehicle allowance)

Ÿ Must have exceptional verbal and written skills

Ÿ Able to reach monthly and quarterly goals as projected

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
