If you are dedicated to helping others and making a difference, we’d love for you to come and join the Alpine Home Medical team as one of our Marketing Representatives for our Salt Lake City market. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for driving traffic to our Salt Lake City store and generating sales for our rehab equipment, which will include traveling around the SLC area.
This is a salaried role. There will be additional earnings tied to overall store and sales representative success.
What You’ll Do in This Role:
- Direct selling to consumer and businesses, including cold-calling businesses, such as post-acute rehabilitation, long-term care facilities, hospitals, senior communities, specialty physician groups, home health, placement agencies, and assisted living group homes
- Have a strong knowledge base of Durable Medical Equipment including but not limited to Reclining Lift Chairs, Mobility, Sleep Apnea, Portable and Home Oxygen, Scooters and Power Chairs, Bathroom Safety, Compression, Hospital Beds, Patient Lift products
- Presenting Alpine Home Medical’s value-added products and services to healthcare partners and community events
- Develop and strengthen meaningful B2B and B2C relationships with customers
- Prepare quotes, including complex rehab products and have a high rate of closing rate
- Take ownership and leadership of your territory-be proud of the Alpine Home Medical brand
- Attend industry networking events and interact on social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) while representing Alpine Home Medical in a positive way
- Drive referrals to retail location to increase customer loyalty
Qualifications Required:
- High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- DME experience highly preferred but not required
- Experience in driving sales and pursuing specific marketing goals
- Ability to identify patient/customer needs and provide feasible solutions
- A positive, polite, and cooperative attitude
- Organization skills to help meet critical deadlines
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Computer literacy skills are a must
- Attention to detail is key
- A resourceful self-starter able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Works well independently, as well as part of a team
- Ability to always maintain confidentiality.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
