Overview:
Ours is a local business that is a well-established, family owned & operated, full-service jewelry store in Downtown Bozeman. We continue to grow and now need to add to our staff again. Currently, we are searching for a full-time Sales Associate to add to our already-awesome team.
As a Jewelry Sales Professional, your primary focus should be to build and maintain relationships with our customers through sales interactions and the repair process. You are the most critical link in ensuring that our customers' experience in our store is positive. You will become a part of a dynamic selling environment where your fashion sense and selling experience will make you a significant contributor to our group’s success.
On the sales floor, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: demonstrating excellent customer service at point-of-sale, handling repair take-in & disbursement, building and maintaining a loyal client base, providing clients with product knowledge, contacting clients for special events and the arrival of new merchandise and working as part of a team to meet store objectives.
Your responsibilities beyond sales could also include shipping & receiving, merchandising, cleaning, inventory management and possible work on our e-commerce website and/or social media accounts.

Other:
- An extensive background check will be performed prior to hiring.
- Compensation is dependent on experience and production. There are many staff perks.
- Attractive Work Schedule: Shifts usually fall within the hours of 9am and 6pm, with Sundays off. Some special holiday & event hours required. Must be able to work in December and January.
- If metal/goldsmithing experience exists, a flexible position moving between the sales floor and bench may be possible.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $20.00 per hour
