CornerStone Staffing has partnered with a company in Keller, TX to staff for Customer Service/ Call Center Reps!

Title: Entry Level Customer Service/Call Center Rep

Schedule: 7am-5pm Monday-Thursday (Four 10-hour days)

(schedule will change to 8:30am-5pm M-F in August)

Location: Keller, Tx 76248

Start Date: August 7th

Pay: $15 with the opportunity for bonuses based on sales performance - Pay get bumped up to $18/hr after first 90 days

Job Duties:

• Initiate sales calls in an effort to present company program to prospective customers.
• Energize client expectations of company programs with a courteous and engaging telephone personality
• Build rapport with potential clients, selling & aligning program benefits to customer needs
• Close sales opportunities in a timely and effective manner
• Maintain working knowledge of product lines
• Schedule follow-up contacts with current and new customers in ACT.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Ability to build rapport, identify customer needs-sell to their needs, tailor product benefits to customer needs and close the sale
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Management, customers, potential customers and co-workers
• Consistently embraces a "Think Customer First philosophy"
• Basic working knowledge of computer software systems
• Ability to work through difficult/complex customer service issues

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour
