Treehouse Toys in Portland is looking for someone who is fun, responsible, & self-motivated to join our team! We are passionate about toys, customer service, and fun!

This position is for a full-time, year-round toy lover! You'll have the opportunity to organize and merchandise the toys, help our customers (big and little) to find the perfect thing, and be a part of a local small business!

Weekend days are a must with some flexibility during the week.

Ideal Candidates have:

• Retail or Customer Service experience.
• A friendly and welcoming attitude.
• An ability to handle a fast-paced environment, as well as be able to remain industrious during lulls.
• An eye for detail.

Job Duties will include:

• Completing a variety of sales transactions.
• Greeting customers and offering assistance.
• Providing knowledgeable product information and thoughtful recommendations to our customers.
• Cross-selling and suggesting alternative products.
• Cleaning and merchandising the store.
• Occasional lifting of boxes, work on ladders.
• Processing online orders, answering the phone.
