Searching for a sales career? We are looking for qualified inside salespeople in the Hot Springs, AR area. Be part of a growing team - we just opened a brand new office!

The ideal candidate has successfully worked in a B2B inside sales role (appointment setting & lead generation) and is excited about helping contribute to a growing startup.

We're looking for a senior BDR that enjoys booking meetings and learning about some of the most advanced tactics in the outbound marketing space. Experience in cold calling and outreach is a must!

In this role, you'll be working on behalf of our B2B clients as well as promoting our internal products/services. You'll be using the latest and greatest tools, techniques, and processes in outbound marketing.

Responsibilities

• Campaign design, testing, and implementation
• Cold calling, email, and social outreach
• Setting appointments and interacting with our customers
• Document all pertinent customer information and conversations into Salesforce
• Not afraid of cold calling
• Being awesome

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 1+ years' experience in B2B inside sales
• Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
• Outreach.io or Salesloft (sales enablement tools) experience is required
• The ability to jump between different projects and industries and quickly understand value props for each new client
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Compensation

Competitive Base + incentive package (base salary typically between $15-25/hour)
