Regional Sales Manager in Sidney, OH
Sales representative must work to actively seek out and engage customer prospects.
- Will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.
- Will be results driven and able to find business opportunities and manage customer relationships.
- Will be directly responsible for the preservation and expansion of our customer base.
- Will have talent in sales and experience in customer service.
- Will be reliable and professional
- Will be able to achieve balance between customer orientation and a results-driven approach.
The goal is to find opportunities and turn them in long-term profitable relationships based on trust and mutual satisfaction.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
- Continuously improve through feedback
Qualifications
To perform this position successfully, an individual must be able to perform each of the essential duties satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of knowledge, skill, and or ability required.
- 3-5 years of sales experience
- Background in Automotive / Diesel Field a plus - but not required
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Travel is required
- Microsoft word, excel

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $51,737.84 - $62,307.93 per year
