Job description
TEHC Home Health Care is looking for a strong professional Account Executive/Community Liaison/Marketer to join our team as we continue to grow and expand our business. If you have experience with seniors in other sales capacities such as Skilled Home Health Care, Assisted Living Facilities, Skilled Rehab, or Long-Term Care, this may be the position for you. We are looking for positive & charismatic individuals that are ready to work hard and start to build their careers. This position is responsible for establishing and maintaining contacts that will develop into sales leads. You will have a strong presence in the community and actively promote TEHC Home Health Care Services. Account Executive will be focused solely on marketing to local healthcare providers, Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, Hospitals, Rehabilitation, and other Senior Referral Sources. Must be a dedicated self-starter who is responsible and accountable to the company's values and understands Home Care operations. The ideal candidate will be professional, well-spoken, and at ease in presenting to both professional as well as community audiences. Daily activities will include face-to-face marketing visits, community-based demonstrations, and presenting professional in-services. It is primarily a field position. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Manage current accounts of communities and facilities made up of IL, AL and SNF communities –providing excellent customer service and support, anticipating needs of the community and providing follow-up for services and programs we provide each community Increase referrals through marketing activities and relationship building. Maintain current and up-to-date contact information and account info. Promote TEHC Home Care's products and services to prospective clients. Minimum Qualifications: Knowledge of the healthcare continuum. The ability to handle multiple and changing priorities is required. Possesses outstanding customer service skills and presentation. Ability to communicate effectively orally and in written form with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the general public. Must have compassion and desire to work with healthcare clients. Must be legally permitted to work in the United States. Education Required: College Degree (Preferred not required) Years of Relevant Work Experience: 1-2 years of sales preferred.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
